Bulldog Hanover colt out of Put On A Show arrives at Hunterton

This royally-bred colt by Bulldog Hanover out of Put On A Show arrived on March 21 at Hunterton Farm in Kentucky. The colt, the seventh out of Put On A Show, is a half-brother to 2023 Pepsi North America Cup and Little Brown Jug champion It’s My Show, a Sweet Lou gelding that has earned more than $1.1 million and had a mark of 1:46.4. Put On A Show has also produced Bettors Delight-sired horse Best In Show ($672,240, 1:48). On the track, Put On A Show, a daughter of Rocknroll Hanover out of Stienam’s Place, earned over $2.4 million, had a mark of 1:47.3 and was the Dan Patch sophomore pacing filly of the year in 2010. Bulldog Hanover, the 2022 Horse of the Year in both the U.S. and Canada — and the Pacer of the Year in the U.S. — earned over $2.4 million and is the fastest horse in standardbred history thanks to a 1:45.4 mile. Bulldog Hanover stands at Seelster Farms in Ontario. The combined racing earnings of both the sire and dam of the latest Put On A Show offspring is north of $4.8 million.
