I am sorry to hear about Larry Lederman’sdeath. Being from the Philadelphia area I got to hear his many race calls at Atlantic City, Garden State Park, Philadelphia Park and Freehold.

I always enjoyed the way he called a race. He did the best to give an accurate description of what was going on in the race. However, I always liked the humor or catch phrases he used. I had heard he had brain cancer and hoped he could recover but I will always remember his numerous race calls.
