This Muscle Hill colt out of Susy arrived in February at Diamond Creek farm. The colt, named Cardinal, is the fourth foal out of Susy, a Father Patrick Mare out of Solveig. That makes Susy a half-sister to Shake It Cerry (Donato Hanover filly, $2.79 million), Uncle Lasse (Donato Hanover horse, over $930,000), Dontyouforgetit (Cantab Hall horse, nearly $600,000), Solvato (Donato Hanover horse, $300,000) and many more. Susy’s other foals include: a Walner mare named Croatia and a Chapter Seven colt named Devastate. An unnamed Gimpanzee colt foaled in 2022 has died.
