Just so your readers know, we revoked Jeff Gillis’ right to race at my tracks in November of 2023 when we found out he was buying performing enhancing from [Seth] Fishman. Sadly, no one else cared until the wiretaps were made public yesterday.

You would think other tracks would ask us why he was excluded, but no one did because no one cares. We are reviewing additional info from the FBI investigation and hope other tracks will follow suit. I don’t know why any honest horsemen wouldn’t demand that the trainers we exclude explain why they were excluded. Everybody knows who we have excluded.
