This Perfect Sting colt out of Pure Country arrived on May 15 at Diamond Creek Farm. Named Gandhi, the colt is the fourth foal out of Pure Country (Somebeachsomewhere—Western Montana), the three-time Dan Patch Award winner and two-time Breeders Crown winner who earned nearly $2.5 million on the track. Pure Country has already produced a Sweet Lou filly named Charlatan, an Always B Miki filly named Disney and an Always B Miki filly named Fusion.
