Hambletonian champion Ramona Hill delivers Walner filly at Hanover
The first foal from 2020 Hambletonian winner Ramona Hill has arrived and it is a filly sired by Walner. The filly was foaled on Feb. 1 at Hanover Shoe Farms. Ramona Hill, a daughter of Muscle Hill out of Lock Down Lindy, earned nearly $1.4 million in her career and had a mark of 1:50.1. Ramona Hill was bred by Crawford Farms and owned during her racing career by Crawford, Robert Leblanc and In The Gym Partners. Hanover and Crawford now share ownership of the mare that is booked back to Walner for the 2023 breeding season.
