Fresh off a trip to Australia, Anthony MacDonald is in the HRU Twos in Training video spotlight

In the latest edition of HRU’s Twos in Training series, Anthony MacDonald, the man behind, talks to Jaimi MacDonald about the 75 2-year-olds he has in training.

Next up in the Harness Racing Update (HRU) Twos in Training videos for 2019 is’s Anthony MacDonald who is training young horses from seven different jurisdictions.

MacDonald was interviewed by his sister-in-law Jaimi MacDonald the morning after he returned from a trip to Australia to promote He talked about many of his most promising youngsters, including 10, total, from the first crops of Sebastian K, He’s Watching and Artspeak.

New this year, HRU will be broadcasting live from The Deck at Sunshine Meadows on the morning of Saturday, March 16 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Mark you calendar.

Over the next few months, HRU’s broadcast division will post some 20 videos chronicling 2-year-olds in training at stables based in Florida, Ontario, New York and New Jersey for the winter. Curtis MacDonald of Cujo Entertainment is producing the Ontario videos.

Our Florida crew of host Heather Vitale and videographer/editor Aaron Re of Hanover Multimedia of Hanover, PA will begin shooting videos next week in the sunshine state.
