Tall Dark Stranger colt out of Tall Drink Hanover arrives at Kentuckiana

Kentuckiana Farms of Georgetown, KY is proud to announce that the great pacing filly Tall Drink Hanover foaled a colt by Tall Dark Stranger on Feb. 17.
Reports are that both mother and foal are doing fine.
Tall Drink Hanover p,3,1:48 made 35 career starts with 16 wins, five seconds and three third place finishes. Her total earnings were $893,532. The majority of her victories were in Grand Circuit stakes events. She was victorious in the She’s A Great Lady, International Stallion Stakes, Eternal Camnation, Matron Stakes, Simcoe, Shady Daisy, Adioo Volo, Pennsylvania Sire Stakes and other stakes events.
Tall Drink Hanover is sired by world champion Captaintreacherous and she is co-owned by Alagna Racing, Marvin Katz and Myron and Stephanie Bell’s Riverview Racing. This is her first foal.
Tall Dark Stranger is the only harness racing pacer in history to win the Metro and Breeders Crown at 2 and the Meadowlands Pace and North American Cup at 3.
The 2020 Dan Patch Horse of the Year, Tall Dark Stranger retired with a record of p, 3, 1:47.1 and $2,020,195 in earnings. He stands stud at Hanover Shoe Farms in Pennsylvania.
