HRU’s Virtual Twos in Training series kicked off its 2021 season on Wednesday (Feb. 17) with more than an hour’s worth of joyful conversation between legendary trainer George Teague and Heather Vitale.

The interview, sponsored by the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund covered a broad range of topics and horses from Teague’s career that has already produced two Horse of the Year winners (Rainbow Blue in 2004 and Wiggle It Jiggleit in 2015).

As to a viewer question about which horse Teague thinks would win a race between his champs Wiggle It Jiggleit, Lather Up, Rainbow Blue, Southwind Lynx and Total Truth? The answer may surprise you.

The entire video is available for viewing on HRU’s YouTube page here and Facebook here.
